067 | Parenting while coaching career changers and facilitating leadership programs with Lissa Appiah | PT 1

PT 1: Lissa Appiah is the founder and CEO of WeApply Career Services, a certified career and resume strategist and parent of one kid. To date, she’s helped over one thousand professionals articulate their value and own their careers, was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2022 and received the Black Moms Connection Village Award at the Total Mom Pitch in 2023.

This is the first of three mini episodes of our conversation. In this interview, we talk about how she splits the school day shift, setting boundaries and the importance of quantifying your achievements.
